Email from Sue Piper, Mayor Quan’s press aide, to Oakland city press contacts, sent approximately seven hours before several Occupy Oakland-ers were arrested (in what some are calling “targeted kidnappings”) and the plaza vigil was dismantled. Oh well! (via susie-c)
